PUBLICS WORKS

On the public works side, urban road builders, machine operators and electrical and telecommunication network installers are popular profiles. There is also a need for supervisory positions: team leaders, site managers and works managers. Finally, with the rise of digital tools and 3D modeling, digital model experts (or BIM managers) will be increasingly sought after.

BUILDING

The building trades include the trades of structural work and finishing work. The structural work designates the structural work of a construction
The trades of the second work intervene after the big work to finish, arrange and equip the work.
On the building sites, the workers are in majority. They are divided between the structural work (masonry, formwork, framing, etc.) and the finishing work, which takes place once the structure has been installed (heating, electricity, plumbing, plastering, plasterer, painter, tiler, etc.).
The needs in the building industry concern the positions of works manager and site manager, mason, electrician, carpenter, roofer and formworker, where there is a lack of candidates... Heating engineers, plumbers and carpenters are also in great demand.

TERTIARY

The tertiary sector produces services.
It is composed of:
- A market sector (trade, transport, financial activities, services rendered to companies, services rendered to individuals, accommodation and catering, real estate, information and communication);
- A non-market sector (public administration, education, human health, social action).

In the developed countries, it is by far the most important sector in terms of the number of people employed. The tertiary sector represented nearly 60% of the world economy.
